Why Practice With Me

For me, yoga is not just about performing poses or trying to make them look “perfect.”

I look at how your body actually works: where movement is limited, which muscles are not engaging, where compensation happens, and why some movements feel easy while others do not.

In my classes, we work with strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness. I use props, precise alignment cues, and adapt the practice to the individual — their level, body, previous injuries, limitations, and goals.

My goal is not simply to lead a workout, but to help you understand your body better and gradually expand what it is capable of.
